Last week I attempted to push you to notice the small glimpses of spring. Once again I remind you of the timely opportunities to put vision into action while being inspired by the newness of the season. Embrace the symbolism of spring.
If I have captured your attention, perhaps then, it’s time to put your leadership in a different gear! Its time to foster human relationships and trust and share a sense of responsibility. All values that lend themselves to change and growth. We live in a world strongly aware of the need to change, adapt and grow. Spring can be a time to look inward and be part of transformation.
