“Silence is not an absence but a presence. Not an emptiness but a repletion.”
~ Anne D. Leclaire
Solitude can be a powerful thing! Being alone is part of our lived experience that offers time to give full attention to ourselves. Quiet time to reflect on the positives of slowing down and the gift of focusing on our own thoughts. But some of the quiet days alone, can feel lonely. Everyone feels lonely at times and some of the quiet days can feel overwhelming! Thankfully, loneliness can be short-lived and very seldom last forever. The quiet, lonely days, provide a time to find a path to our own capacity to carry through the challenges of life. Finding your inner power is a reminder of the capacity of solitude. Gracefully existing in temporary loneliness can get you where you need to be.
“Every day is a gift. But some days are packaged better.”
~ Sanhita Baruah
