This is my last week ‘at the lake’ and there is most definitely an intuitive transition going on! The boats are taking slower journeys along the shore, cars are packed with summer and the squeal of a tube rider is in my memory only!
For the past month I have exposed you to many thoughts of transition and transformational change. With numerous hints and tidbits thrown your way I urge you to move to action! Be brave and take risks! Its definitely time to listen to your inner self and make some changes! You may not have it all figured out, and there is an air of uncertainty, but its still okay to move to action. This move to action will shape the future of an organization and transformational leadership will model an openness to that change!
