I’m mindful of summer passing! Cottage days are over! Time to shake off summer vacation.
September brings an official kickoff to the new season. Time to turn another page. Time to take your leadership skills and reintroduce yourself to the people around you as they too shake off summer! Time to grasp the new energy that September brings! Time to refocus and reach for year end goals and new opportunities. Obligations gather quickly as September seeps into our reality. None of those obligations happen on their own.
Leadership is the responsibility to make courageous decisions, take risks, make connections, seize opportunities and forge new directions. All for the boundless purpose of making people better and leaving a legacy of success for the greater good of all people.
