Rainy days! I would presume we all have had just about enough! The sun is coming and going! The days are warming up. Its time to lighten up! I’m sure each and everyone of us can use a good news story. Look around and find your own. We all have good news to be grateful for!
In my work life I choose to take on Leadership Responsibility. It was a great privilege.
To lighten up leadership responsibility take the opportunity to share leadership. Give credit to the people around you. Let them do their jobs! Listen to their perspective. Let them tell the good news stories of the work that they do. Learn to be thankful for not ‘being in it’ alone! Lighten up to your potential! Be grateful for all accomplishments!
