Pronouns: She/Her/Hers
I am a Master of Social Work student at the University of Windsor, holding a Master of Applied Gerontology and an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology. My academic and professional background has focused on the intersections of aging, ethical care, and systems-level change.
I currently work as a Comprehensive Care Specialist at WoodGreen Community Services, supporting older adults with complex needs through trauma-informed, person-directed care. I also support frontline case management work at Elder Caring Inc., where I assist care managers in delivering coordinated services to older adults and their families. In previous roles, I have facilitated care planning conversations in community and long-term care settings, with a focus on reducing stigma and promoting dignity.
I am very excited and grateful for this placement opportunity with Barnes Management Group. I look forward to strengthening my skills in qualitative research, policy development, and community consultation—particularly in areas related to gerontology. I am excited to meet and work alongside the talented team!
