Whatever words we utter should be chosen with care for people will hear them and be influenced by them for good or ill.

Today’s blog turns our spotlight, internally, on Fernando Saldanha, Managing Director, Barnes Management Group.   Fernando has agreed to conduct his consulting practice through BMG and to contribute to the growth of BMG through his network and experience.  Fernando is most certainly a ‘like hearted’ soul. Fernando is an experienced and versatile consultant, with more than 25 years in the not-for-profit and private sectors.  Fernando is experienced in developing and delivering communications, marketing, public and media relations and charitable fund development programs aimed at increasing awareness, public education and funds.  Fernando has a gentle way to bring together a team and ensures that clients have positive outcomes.

Fernando made an easy commitment to BMG.  In a semi retired mode, Fernando’s role as a BMG associate mirrors the values and mission of the BMG firm.  His interest in working with BMG is based in a long relationship with David Barnes and his experience and expertise in his past fields of work.   Fernando says it was easy to align with the values and principles of the firm and the projects driven by the same values.

Fernando’s commitment to the the firm as a Managing Director was also an easy alignment.  He wanted to bring his experience from his past work into the business development of BMG; communications, business development, marketing, administrative support. Fernando expressed that his commitment is also easily adapted to a balanced life of work and travel and personal interests.  A balanced life style that is honored by BMG.   Fernando is impressed with the consistently high ethics that have been established and mentored and respected as the business develops and as the firm’s skills are delivered to clients everyday.
