It’s time to accept our worries and challenge ourselves to balance what is happening around the world. We must accept uncertainty and move on to meet the challenges of the day in a thoughtful, mindful manner. It’s okay to feel concern, discomfort, distressed, disturbed, unsettled, troubled, anxious, alarmed, fright, and apprehensive. It is definitely a hard time to think clearly. Its not what is happening it is how we choose to react to what is happening!

Let yourself accept your worries and then redirect your attention to something more productive and positive. Don’t waste time on ‘what if.’ Throw yourself into the reality and stay in the moment, embrace the reality, give reality its full attention! Do your part and we will all get through this together!
