“Non-judgment quiets the internal dialogue, and this opens once again the doorway to creativity.”
~ Deepak Chopra
“When many voices are speaking at once, listen to the one most quiet and gentle. That’s the one worth listening to.
~ Miranda Weisz
“Intuition goes before you, showing you the way. Emotion follows behind, to let you know when you go astray.”
~ Anthon St. Maarten
“That inner voice has both gentleness and clarity. So to get to authenticity, you really keep going down to the bone, to the honesty, and the inevitability of something.”
~ Meredith Monk
A leader makes decisions every day and often many times in a day. A well honed inner voice strengthens self confidence and enables a thoughtful leader to trust their instinct and intuitions.
A well honed inner voice will allow you to pause, listen, be resourceful, investigate, be present and develop a consistent practice of reaction and resolve. As you listen to your inner voice it will grow stronger and confident. A well practiced inner voice will silence the voice of self doubt.
Mistrusting your inner voice will slowly erode your confidence and your leadership will be inconsistent and mistrusted. Let your inner voice offer guidance! Find the stillness in your voice to trust the clarity it offers. And in that stillness find your true self.
