I’ve come to realize that balance is an on-going process and a way of living. Balance is the ability to fully engage, be aware of our own needs and wants, understand our own boundaries and embrace our own obligation to well-being.
If you are finding it difficult to balance the different elements of life, in these changing times, you are not alone. I hazard a guess we are all a bit overwhelmed. Balance may feel out of reach. Don’t forget self-care. Mind, body and soul are necessary parts of overall balance. It is transformational to explore our own balance and find uncomplicated ways to achieve it. When we are balanced the rewards are enormous in every element of our lives.
