“It’s better to be prepared for an opportunity and not have one than to have an opportunity and to be prepared.”
~ Les Brown
“To be ready to fail is to be prepared for success.”
~ Jose Bergamin
“By Failing to prepare you are preparing to fail.”
~ Benjamin Franklin
Last week the BMB blog, letting go, was insightful! I trust! I suggest that the insight was most important in terms of getting prepared to lead change. Letting go of the same old same old and opening yourself to curiosity can prepare a leader for change and to become the model of change a leader needs to be. A leader needs to not worry but to care about the future and be prepared to lead the change.
Not worrying but setting to the task of being prepared and open to change goes a long way to a thoughtful process and positive outcomes. Being prepared to consider all possibilities and opportunities is the strength of creating and constructing a new path.
A new path leads the way to transformation! BMG is prepared to guide transformation. Our associates have the tools to support a leader of change. Transformation requires a leadership shift. A mindset shift necessary in times of disruptive change! A mindset shift prepared to embrace change and transformation!
