“Unexpected kindness is the most powerful, least costly, and most underrated agent of human change.”
~ Bob Kerrey
“Because that’s what kindness is. It’s not doing something for someone else because they can’t, but because you can.”
~ Andrew Iskander
“What wisdom can you find that is greater than kindness?”
~ Jean Jacques Rousseau
“A single act of kindness throws out roots in all directions, and the roots spring up and make new trees.”
~ Ameilia Earhart
There is no time like the present to practice kindness. It is a time to be generous with our kindness and considerate of all. It is a time to notice others and a time to notice ourselves. Kindness is a willingness to be gentle, courageous and strong. There is the potential for kindness in every moment, for ourselves and others. Our kindness has a bigger impact than we might realize. Kindness is the act of spreading joy. Kindness brings people together.
Under the current circumstance of our world, there is no better time to find joy in our days and to give and receive moments of kindness. Be gentle and kind to yourself and take good care of yourself.
