Did you Show Up today? Hopefully you didn’t just arrive, but you showed up prepared to participate. Even if you didn’t feel like showing up, showing up can make all the difference. Your intention and your inspiration is critical to any work! Supporting others in a common purpose is what work is all about. Showing up to support that purpose is the inspiration for positive work.
Be conspicuous! Make your work clearly visible! When asked to participate be excited to contribute. Unfold yourself, be agreeable, actively listen, sympathize with others, plan to negotiate, be ready to compromise, give a little and expect the same. You don’t have to be prepared for every challenge but you have to be prepared to show up and contribute to outcomes. Outcomes for any organization are only as good as the mindset of people who show up!
