Hi, my name is Quinn. I am an MSW student and a social worker at the Southwest Centre for Forensic Mental Health Care, where I provide consultative and clinical services for patients with a dual diagnosis of developmental disability and mental illness. My professional background spans forensic mental health, crisis intervention, homelessness outreach, and research, giving me a broad foundation in both direct service and a narrower experience in systems-level work.
I have particular policy and practice interests in social issues related to adolescents, Indigenous communities, and suicide prevention, with a focus on how structural and systemic factors shape individual outcomes. Beyond my academic and clinical work, I’m learning French, I rock climb, and I like to read. I’m looking forward to working with the team at BMG and learning as much as I can!
