“She stood in the storm and when the wind did not blow her away, she adjusted her sails.”

“Resilient People immediately look at the problem and say ‘What’s the solution to that? What’s is this trying to teach me.”
~ Unknown
We all have a story. Sometimes our story is broken or feels broken, physically, emotionally, mentally, or spiritually. When we feel broken, we are called upon to solve a problem, find a solution, rebuild a path, challenge the norm, and create new directions, to name a few. And in our journey, we often find a broken wing! We fear we will not recover, that a broken wing cannot mend, and we might not find the pieces to rebuild, and that resilience is out of reach.
Yet, the inevitable is that we are constantly challenged with life happening! There is a continual need to face life head on, recognize life for what it is, recover, grow, and to find our resilience. Human kindness rebuilds hope and encourages people to rise above and beyond their personal fears and doubt. We need kindness when we stumble or come to a standstill. It is important for all of us to find the support that we need. Even a broken story can mend and flourish!
“Sometimes it’s hard to face your own life!”
~ Jon Stewart
