“Autumn leaves don’t fall, they fly. They take their time and wander on this their only chance to soar.”
~ Delia Owens
“Anyone who thinks fallen leaves are dead has never watched them dancing on a windy day.”

Autumn shows us how beautiful it is to let things go.”

“Fall has always been my favorite season. The time when everything bursts with its last beauty, as if nature had been saving up all year for the grand finale.”
~ Lauren Destefano
The season brims with nostalgia and everything seems to burst with its last breath of beauty for a grand finale. There is no better opportunity to spend time in nature to soak in the abundance and prosperity of the season, and the splendors all around us. Autumn is the season of adulthood and maturity! Nature forces us to accept inevitable and inescapable change! And in its finest essence it is a reminder that all things come to an end. But in that reality, autumn offers the opportunity to not just morn our losses but to be grateful for all that we have and what lies ahead.
Self-awareness means staying in harmony with the changing season. The change of the seasons opens rich and insightful gifts. Look for the gifts and use them to fall forward! Stop and reflect on your own connection to the ‘fall’ transition.
