“Sunshine is delicious, rain is refreshing, wind braces us up, snow is exhilarating; there is really no such thing as bad weather, only different kinds of good weather.”

            ~ John Ruskin

“Don’t let the shadows of yesterday spoil the sunshine of tomorrow.  Live for today.”

“To bring about change, you must not be afraid to take the first step.  We will fail when we fail to try.”

            ~ Rosa Parks

I’m digging deep for inspiration these gloomy days.  I believe there is an art to living an inspired life, I haven’t finished the painting and these days I’m having some challenges to even find the paint.  But I do believe that one small positive thought or word, on a rather gloomy day, can change the day and inspire the soul!  Words hold power!  Even the words in our own head.

So, I checked the words in my own head.  And decided that beyond the gloom was my ability to change the narrative!  We all can change the narrative.  Even one word can set a different path or paint a different picture.  Up vs down, walk vs sit, joy vs sad, comfort vs isolation … you get my drift!  Inspire yourself to face the challenges and hardships in your own life and to change the words in your own head!

“Anything is possible with sunshine and a little pink.”
