There are many positive outcomes when we choose how to start our day. It is worthwhile and positive self-care to choose a routine that will support your values and your goals. Regardless of how you spend your morning it is important to choose rituals that feel supportive, and that will set the tone for the day ahead!
Thoughtful planning and implementing a personal ritual/routine can help any of us to feel more in control, better able to prioritize, fully and purposefully engaged in our own life, better able to cope, and more productive and centered.
