Remember to be Kind!

Blog

“The smallest act of kindness is worth more than the grandest intention.”

            ~ Oscar Wilde

“A single act of kindness throws out roots in all directions, and the roots spring up and make new trees.”

            ~ Amelia Earhart

“Always be a little kinder than necessary.”

            ~ James Barry

“Three things in human life are important:  the first is to be kind;  the second is to be kind;  and the third is to be kind.”

            ~ Henry James

Remember that there is no time like the present to practice kindness.  Remember that kindness is about noticing others and ourselves.  Remember there is potential for kindness in every moment.  Remember when we practice kindness we experience positive mental, emotional and physical changes.  Kindness is the willingness to be gentle, courageous and strong.  Remember that kindness is about what you do.  When you are kinder to others you tend to be kinder to yourself.

Kindness has not changed in the new world normal.  In fact, it is more needed than ever.  There is no better time to find new joys in our days and to find that joy in the simple act of kindness.

“Kindness is free. Sprinkle it everywhere.”
