Chocolate, it’s everywhere!  Reminding us that a small morsel of joy is good for the soul, and our overall wellbeing!  The history of chocolate can be traced back more than 3000 years to the Aztec people.  Spain was the earliest European country to explore chocolate and many years later it was introduced to France and England and beyond.  I hope that most have experienced chocolate bliss, perhaps a guilty pleasure but perhaps with the mindset that life is too short without chocolate.

An intentional spark of joy, in all our days, is rightly needed and richly deserve!  Finding joy in the small things leads to an intentional joyful practice and the ability to see the positives of our surroundings and our circumstances.  The small things may seem insignificant, in fact, simple pleasures fill our life with greater enjoyment and positive focus!  Simply stopping to enjoy a small, uncomplicated joy has a powerful impact on our life!  Embracing, simple, unexpected moments of joy will instantly brighten your day and put a smile on your face!

Perhaps just one more bite of chocolate!
