“The only limits to the possibilities in your life tomorrow are the buts you use today.”

Next Season Please.  Everyone and everything has their limits.  I’ve reached one of mine.  March Winter can move on anytime.  Just saying!

It is best to know your own limits!   Knowing your limits does not mean to limit your potential, your creativity, your capacity, or your dreams.  But when you reach a limit, it is best to acknowledge it and make thoughtful decisions about it.  Some limits can be stretched but some boundaries should never be stretched.  You need to know your limits!  Tune into your emotions, listen to your thoughts, know your values.  Your emotions, thoughts and values inform your limits, and your limits guide your life!  When you know your own limits, you better understand others and are more able to set boundaries with others.  Knowing your limits and boundaries is about making your health and happiness your first priority.
