“In three words I can sum up everything I’ve learned about life: it goes on.”
~ Robert Frost
“Look closely at the present you are constructing. It should look like the future you are dreaming.”
~ Alice Walker
“When we lose one blessing another is often most unexpectedly given in its place.”
~ C. S. Lewis
I was recently asked “what’s different today?” A simple question in a not so simple world. Now is an important time to embrace the responsibility to be reflective of questions. To be part of healing the world and to find new ways to live old joys it is essential. To dream something better and to achieve something better, questions become the path to new solutions.
In this uncertain time, life has gone on! So much is different! It is the questions we can ask ourselves that can make us feel less lost in life and more empowered to find the unexpected positives in uncertain times. Those positives can be the stepping stones to positive solutions. Careful consideration of our own self-awareness, of what’s different today, can bring clarity of thought with less stress and anxiety. Being grounded in our own self-awareness comes from even the simplest of questions.
“in the midst of movement and chaos keep stillness inside of you.”
~ Deepak Chopra
