Achievement: Anything is Possible!

“The starting point of all achievement is desire.”

~  Napoleon Hill

“Trust yourself. Create the kind of self that you will be happy to live with all your life. Make the most of yourself by fanning the tiny, inner sparks of possibility into flames of achievement.”

~ Golda Meir

“You are not here merely to make a living. You are here in order to enable the world to live more amply, with greater vision, with a finer spirit of hope and achievement. You are here to enrich the world, and you impoverish yourself if you forget the errand.

~ Woodrow Wilson

“People who achieve their goals do so with passion, planning, persistence and purpose.”

~ Lynda Fiel

I believe that achievement in our work is a further reflection of our human spirit.  As I recently suggested, when you pour your spirit into your work you create action, outcomes and achievements. Anything is Possible!  As I look back I know that my achievements have left positive marks on the agencies I worked for.

I’m quite sure I was not the type that planned such achievement!   However, I did have the desire to make a difference.   I made promises to myself to be fair and honest.   “It is not what you do but how you do it!”  I had purposeful vision and a spirit of hope!  The achievements came from hard work and a commitment to do my best.  I also knew that the accomplishments were grounded in a collective wisdom.   I was a leader who was always prepared to share the accomplishment. Perhaps that was my biggest and best achievement.  Certainly the one I am proudest to acknowledge!

I had the desire to bring people together and give voice to their wisdom!   I was not naive to believe it would be easy going! However, I had the courage to believe that it was the best way to begin and the only way to end with a collective achievement. I trusted my intuition and I cared about people.

I submit that the values, passion, creativity and persistence of BMG will be reflected in the work we can do with you.  You can trust that our achievements will be shared achievements with you, your stakeholders and your community. With a BMG partnership anything is possible.
