We have some beautiful weather days happening here in the GTA!  Today I did a 15-minute drive to a friend, bagged lunch in hand, camp chair in the trunk, a shawl for my shoulders, and only an outside visit on my mind.  To sit beneath the canopy of trees was magical.  I felt an instant touch to my spirit.  The gentle breeze blew away any negative energy I might have been carrying and it restored my strength to heal and rejuvenate!  Nature hugged our visit!

Regardless of personal circumstance we all have access to nature.  Go outside, look around, and find a spot to soak it in.  Embrace the restorative energy of nature!
